1 month package

Suited to those with less serious health concerns the treatment includes:

  • Initial (optional) phone call to discuss your goals
  • Welcome pack sent via email including intake forms, health questionnaire and 3 day diet diary
  • 1 x 60 - 90 minute initial consultation + follow-up email detailing key points and progression plan
  • 3 x check-in emails or phone calls spread across 3 weeks
  • 1 x 45 - 60 minute consultation at the end of the 4 weeks, including a follow-up email detailing key points and updated progression plan

2 months package

  • Initial (optional) phone call to discuss your goals
  • Welcome pack sent via email including intake forms, health questionnaire and 3 day diet diary
  • 1 x 60 - 90 minute initial consultation + assessment for laboratory testing
  • Follow-up email detailing key points and progression plan
  • Interpretation of test results
  • Weekly check-in email/phone call suited to your timetable
  • 2 x 45 - 60 minute consultations at week 4 and 8
  • Follow-up emails detailing key points and updated progression plan

Reset package

  • Initial (optional) phone call to discuss your goals
  • Welcome pack sent via email including intake forms, health questionnaire and 3 day diet diary
  • 1 x 60 - 90 minute initial consultation
  • 3 follow-up emails detailing key points discussed after each session
  • 2 week reset meal plan
  • Personalised continuity eating plan based on your goals
